OK, I can't resist.  There's an old line about the worst thing you can ever say.  It goes something like this:  Other than that, Mrs. Lincoln, how was the play?

Donald Trump:  Think of your life, just prior to the plague.

This is his campaign pitch.  Translation:  Other than that, Mrs. Lincoln, wasn't the play awesome?!
